4. The office of the law firm is located in Lanzhou, with good office conditions;

5. Pay taxes and social security funds according to law;

6. Other requirements:

(1) There are 5 or more full-time practicing lawyers in accordance with the law, and 2-3 lead lawyers including the head of the law firm can be determined;

(2) The lead lawyer in the Institute shall have a high professional level, 5 years or more of practice experience and professional expertise in specific fields;

(3) Legal service performance of large and medium-sized enterprises and excellent evaluation;

(4) Standardized management, able to be responsible for the practice results of assigned members;

(5) The law firm and its members have no records of administrative punishment and industrial punishment;

(6) Has not accepted (or prepared to accept) the entrusted business of the enterprise (individual) opposite to the member unit for arbitration or litigation;

(7) No entrusted business has been (or is prepared to) accepted by the main competitors of the member units or enterprises (individuals) with opposite interests;

(8) The registered domicile is closely related to the domicile of the member unit or the frequently agreed litigation jurisdiction.

7.
