The technicians in the quality control lab of Gansu Puankang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.(PAKP) are professionals in the quality control of raw and auxiliary materials, packaging materials, intermediate products and final products of pharmaceutical and related industries. All of them are qualified with certificates, who have received on-the-job training of lab technicians and the training of quality control methods organized by relevant food and drug administration departments.

The sample processing room, balance room, instrument room, traditional Chinese medicine specimen room and sample retention room have been built based on the inspection items of production varieties in the quality control lab, which is also equipped with corresponding testing instruments and devices such as high performance liquid chromatograph, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, biological microscope, thin-layer imaging system, electronic analytical balance, lovibond tintometer, etc.

A complete management procedures of quality inspection has also been formulated in the lab, including sampling management, laboratory management, testing instrument management, testing methods, instrument and equipment verification and confirmation management, management of reference materials (standard products) for inspection, OOS, OOT and other management procedures, as well as standard operating procedures for inspection methods and testing instruments. At the same time, the internal quality control standards have been formulated for all raw and auxiliary materials, packaging materials, intermediate products and finished products. Therefore, the quality of materials and products can be strictly controlled.
